We offer a wide selection of Japanese knives, each handcrafted by skilled craftsmen for both home cooks and professional chefs. When you visit, you can see and compare many different blades — and find the one that feels just right for you. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are always happy to help.
Please note that while we welcome all visitors, our shop does not offer duty-free sales.

Factory tours in English are available for small groups (around five people).
The tour fee is JPY 1,100 per person (tax included).
Depending on factory conditions, we may not be able to offer a tour on certain days.

If you place an order while visiting Japan, we can ship your items directly to your hotel.

Sharpening services
We offer a kitchen knife sharpening service. We sharpen knives with the same process as when new products are manufactured, and therefore we can regain comfortable sharpness. If you bring in general kitchen knives, a same day turnaround would be possible depending on the situation. Other company products are also acceptable. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
